Abstract

Kinerja proyek konstruksi ditentukan oleh banyak indikator. Salah satu indikator yang menentukan kinerja proyek adalah proyek dapat diserahterimakan sesuai jadwal. Untuk bisa menjalankan proyek konstruksi tepat waktu, indikator yang tepat harus memiliki hasil yang maksimal. Dari semua indikator yang ada, perlu dilakukan analisa sehingga seorang pemimpin bisa mengambil keputusan yang tepat untuk mengatasi keterlambatan proyek. Analisa Key Performance Index (KPI) Proyek dilakukan dengan cara menganalisa keterkaitan antar KPI dan menyimpulkan susunan KPI yang paling mempengaruhi keterlambatan proyek. Membuat 4 macam scenario sesuai dengan contoh kasus yang diambil, kemudian mengolah dengan KPI sehingga didapatkan skenario yang paling memungkinkan untuk bisa dilakukan pada percepatan contoh kasus.
