The COVID-19 pandemic has pushed higher education institutions to transform their learning towards digital systems and online learning. These changes have also increased the need to understand student acceptance of learning technology and the factors influencing its continued use (Kamalasena & Sirisena, 2021). In practice, various obstacles remain in the implementation of online learning, despite ongoing improvements. Meanwhile, the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology stated that online learning in educational institutions in Indonesia will be implemented permanently. Therefore, this study aims to gain a better understanding of the acceptance of online learning through the Learning Management System (LMS) and Zoom Cloud Meeting among students at the State Polytechnic of Malang. This study used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to analyze factors derived from the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology - 3 (UTAUT-3) model. Policy recommendations to relevant parties are formulated based on factors derived from the analysis of student acceptance of online learning in higher education. The results of the study indicate a significant influence between the variables of Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, Habit, Facilitating Conditions, and Personal Innovativeness in IT on Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior. However, no significant influence was found between the variables of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, and Price Value.
