Perencanaan Struktur Atas Pembangunan Hotel di Kalimantan Barat

Abstract

As one of the strategic areas in the Kalimantan region, West Kalimantan has great potential to develop into a center of economic and tourism activities. Based on the projected increase in the flow of population and tourist mobility to the West Kalimantan region, along with the development of the Archipelago Capital, the need for quality accommodation facilities is becoming increasingly urgent. The construction of this hotel is one of the strategic solutions to meet these needs. The guidelines used are SNI 2847: 2019, SNI 1727: 2020, and SNI 1726: 2019. Based on the results of the structural element design, 170 mm thick floor slab and roof slab are obtained, the dimensions of the main beam B1 in the x and y directions are 500/700, the dimensions of the child beams B2 in the x and y directions are 400/600 and the dimensions of the interior columns K1 1000/1000 and the dimensions of the exterior columns K2 900/900. The floor slab uses D19-90 reinforcement. Beam B1 at the support uses 5D19 tensile reinforcement and 3D19 compressive reinforcement and in the field uses 5D19 tensile reinforcement and 3D19 compressive reinforcement. The transverse reinforcement of beam B1 uses P12-120 at the pedestal and field. Beam B2 at the pedestal uses 4D16 tensile reinforcement and 2D16 compressive reinforcement and in the field uses 4D16 tensile reinforcement and 2D22 compressive reinforcement. The transverse reinforcement of beam B2 uses P10-90 at the pedestal and P10-170 in the field. Column K1 uses 28D22 longitudinal reinforcement and column K2 uses 24D22 and transverse reinforcement for K1 and K2 is 4D13-150. The result of the Cost Budget Plan for the construction of the upper structure of this hotel is Rp. 15,947,734,000.00.
