Abstract

The use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a solution to plan the structure of the technology based Kanjuruhan Creative Center Building that is systematic, effective, and integrated with the building's function as a central creative space facility in Malang Regency. This thesis aims to plan the structural load on the building, upper structural elements, lower structural elements, Budget Plan (RAB), and simulation of construction work progress. The data used includes sondir data and load data contained in SNI 1726-2019 on Earthquake Resistance Planning, SNI 1727-2020 on Minimum Design Loads, SNI 2847-2019 on Structural Concrete Requirements, SNI 8900-2020 on Simple Design for Reinforced Concrete. The results of the planning obtained include dead load, live load, wind load, rainwater load, earthquake load, and 31 types of load combinations. Reinforcement details of the upper structural elements include floor slab elements, roof slabs, stair plates, 2 types of main beams, 2 types of child beams, interior columns, and exterior columns. Reinforcement details of the lower structural elements include 2 types of tie beams, 4 types of pile caps, 2 types of bore piles, and soil bearing capacity. The cost budget plan (RAB) for structural work based on 5D Estimating is Rp 30,467,891,102.00. Simulation video of the 3D building construction work process based on 4D Simulation which contains information about the progress of building work consisting of day, date, time, day to, week to, and the amount of cost required at a certain period in the project.
