Work accidents are very likely to occur in building construction projects. The use of simple tools or heavy equipment, as well as work at heights, is very possible. This increases the likelihood of work accidents, which can cause loss of life, material, time, and money for companies that provide construction services. Risk management is needed to regulate the implementation of occupational health and safety. In collecting test data, field observations and questionnaires were distributed to 69 employees and staff at the Mother and Child Building Construction Project of Dr. Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta City. The Slovin method is used to obtain such amounts. By distributing the questionnaire, variable X will be observed for the implementation of K3, the use of PPE and APK, the availability of facilities and infrastructure, and variable Y will be observed in the implementation of the occupational safety and health management system. Based on the analysis and observations that have been carried out, some of the hazard risks that can occur during the project and its control include pinched wounds, puncture wounds, scratched wounds, cut wounds, falls from heights, work tools hit, hit injuries, and hit injuries. The results of the implementation of SMK3 are good, with an average answer of 4.17 from the distribution of the questionnaire, and the cost budget plan needed for K3 is Rp870,149,500.00.
