Copyrights and Licenses

Authors who publish their articles in this journal agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors grant the Publisher the right to publish the work and the material contained therein, in all languages ​​and in all media of expression, whether currently known or developed in the future and to license or authorize others to do the same.
  2. Notwithstanding the above, authors retain the following rights:
    1. Proprietary rights other than copyright, such as patent rights.
    2. The right to make copies of the entire work for use by the author in classroom teaching.
    3. The right to use, following publication, the whole or part of the work in a book authored by the author, or in a collection of the author’s own works.
    4. The right to make copies of the work for internal distribution within the institution that employs the author.
    5. The right to use images and tables from the work, as well as text excerpts of up to 250 words, for any purpose.
    6. The right to deliver oral presentations based on the material in the work.
    7. The right to deposit the work (both pre-print and post-print versions) into an institutional repository.
  3. Authors agree that all copies made under the aforementioned terms shall include a copyright notice and a citation of the publication.
  4. The facts and views presented in the manuscript belong to the author(s), who bear full responsibility for its authenticity, validity, originality, etc. The author(s) warrant and agree that the manuscript submitted to the aforementioned journal has not been published elsewhere, nor has it been simultaneously submitted to any other journal. The author(s) further declare that the manuscript is an original work and not a copy from another source; it contains no plagiarism. Whether accepted or rejected, the manuscript shall become the property of the journal publisher, and all copyrights shall vest in the journal publisher.
