Author Guidelines
Registration Process
- The author opens the page: https://jurnal.polinema.ac.id/index.php/jaeb/index, and registers via the "register" page
- The author fills in the data in the form (data marked with an asterisk is mandatory)
- The author selects "register as: author" (mark √ on the author)
- Click "Register"
Submission Process
- The author logs in first using the user and password used on the registration form (register)
- Click "User Home" and click "New Submission"
- Follow the 5 steps of the submission process in OJS
Writing Standards
- Use the template provided on the JAEB website
- The length of the manuscript is between 6 - 10 pages.
- Manuscript Writing Order:
- Title. The title is written using Palatino Linotype 13, Bold, Capital each Word, maximum 12 words.
- Author's Name and Address. The author's name is written in full without a title, accompanied by the name of the institution and email address. If there is more than one author, the email addresses are listed sequentially.
- Abstract. Written in English or Indonesian with a maximum of 100 words, consisting of only 1 paragraph. The abstract for research manuscripts contains: research objectives, methods used, research results/findings, and conclusions. Keywords are written in 3-5 phrases. Keywords contain words or phrases that are often used in manuscripts and are considered to represent and/or are related to the topic discussed.
- Introduction. The introduction for conceptual articles is a reference/context of the problem, contains interesting things, and a brief formulation of the main points to be discussed. Meanwhile, for research-based articles, this section contains research problems, insights and problem-solving plans, research objectives, and expectations for research results. The research objectives presented are in line with the research results and conclusions. This introductory section is around 10-15% of the length of the article, and without subtitles. The introduction must contain the state of the article.
- Methods. Research methods are specifically for research-based articles containing research designs or designs, research targets (population, sample, informants, or research subjects), instrument development techniques or data collection, data analysis techniques, and are narrative in nature. The proportion of research methods is 15-20% of the total length of the article.
- Results and Discussion. Results and Discussion present a description of the research results themselves. The description of the research results is presented clearly according to the specified method. This section contains the largest proportion of the total length of the article.
- Conclusion. The conclusion is a summary of the research findings and their implications.
