Review Process

The review process implemented in JAEB is as follows:

The manuscript submitted by the author will be checked first by the editorial team, especially the level of similarity of the manuscript with other articles, a maximum of 25% using iThenticate software. In addition, the editorial team will also check the suitability of the manuscript with the scope of the journal and the journal template. If there is a discrepancy in the above matters, the editor will send the manuscript back to the author for correction.

Every manuscript that has passed the initial examination process by the editor will be reviewed by two reviewers using the blind review method. The review process will consider novelty, objectivity, methods, scientific impact, conclusions, and references, by attaching a review sheet.

The reviewer has the right to suggest improvements and/or acceptance or rejection of the manuscript, while the final decision rests with the editor by considering the suggestions from the reviewer.
