Review Policy

ELKOLIND applies the following review policy.

1. A submitted manuscript is first checked by the editors, mainly for conformity with the scope of the journal and with the journal template. The similarity level is also checked using iThenticate software, with a standard of below 20%. The editors reject manuscripts that do not meet the journal's standards, or send them to reviewers if they are found suitable.
2. A manuscript that passes the first step is sent to two reviewers, who assess its content using the blind review method.
3. The review considers novelty, objectivity, methods, scientific impact, conclusions, and references, and a review sheet is attached.
4. Reviewers recommend revisions and/or acceptance or rejection of the article.
5. The editor decides, taking the reviewers' recommendations into account, whether the manuscript meets the requirements of ELKOLIND.
6. The editor's decision is final.
