The attendance recording, anecdotal note-taking, and student development monitoring processes at TK Wonoayu Kindergarten are still carried out manually, which requires additional time for data management, retrieval, and storage. This study aims to design and implement a website-based information system integrated with Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID), a fingerprint sensor, Internet of Things (IoT), and Telegram to support attendance recording and student monitoring activities. The developed system employs an ESP32 microcontroller integrated with a PN532 RFID module and a fingerprint sensor as an authentication medium for student attendance, connected in real time to a MySQL database through a Laravel-based REST API. The system also provides features for managing anecdotal records and student development data through a website, and automatically sends attendance and dismissal notifications to parents through a Telegram bot. Testing on eight students showed that RFID card reading and fingerprint authentication achieved a 100% success rate over 160 trials, while Telegram notification delivery also achieved a 100% success rate. All website features for administrators, teachers, and parents functioned properly based on black-box testing, indicating that the system supports a more structured and digitally documented attendance and monitoring process.
