Deposit Policy
Authors are encouraged to also consult the journal’s Copyright and License and Archiving policies for comprehensive guidance regarding the dissemination and preservation of their work. The following provisions outline the journal’s policy concerning the deposit and sharing of published materials.
Permitted Deposits
Authors are permitted to deposit and share their manuscripts in the following venues:
- Personal Websites
Authors may archive the accepted or published version of their manuscript on their personal or professional websites. - Institutional Repositories
Authors are allowed to deposit their manuscripts in their affiliated institution’s repository to facilitate broader academic dissemination and long-term preservation. - Social Collaboration Networks (SCNs)
Authors may share their work on Social Collaboration Networks (such as ResearchGate or Academia.edu) that adhere to the Voluntary Principles for Article Sharing, ensuring responsible and ethical distribution. - Personal Requests for Educational Use
Authors may distribute copies of their manuscripts to individuals for personal use in teaching and training within their institution. Additionally, the work may be included as part of an author’s grant application, provided that it is used solely for educational and non-commercial purposes.
Version of the Manuscript
Authors may post the following versions of their manuscripts:
- Preprint (Submitted Version):
The original version of the manuscript prior to peer review may be deposited at any time. - Accepted Manuscript (Author Accepted Manuscript – AAM):
The version accepted for publication after peer review may be deposited immediately upon acceptance. - Version of Record (VoR):
The final published version may be shared in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), provided that proper attribution to Jurnal JARTEL as the original publisher is clearly indicated.
Conditions for Deposit
When depositing or sharing their work, authors must comply with the following conditions:
- Proper Attribution:
A full citation of the published article must be provided, including the journal name (Jurnal JARTEL), article title, author(s), volume, issue, year, and a link to the official publication on the journal’s website. - Link to the Published Version:
Where applicable, authors should include a direct link to the Version of Record on the journal’s official website to ensure accurate referencing and accessibility. - License Compliance:
All shared versions must clearly state that the article is distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).
Non-Commercial and Ethical Use:
Any distribution for teaching, training, or grant application purposes must be conducted in a manner consistent with educational and social objectives and must not misrepresent the original publication.
