Jurnal JARTEL, bearing the ISSN (print): 2407-0807 and ISSN (online): 2654-6531, upholds the principle that all research should serve the benefit of humankind. Research represents an investment by society; therefore, its outcomes should be returned to the public without boundaries or discrimination, serving the global community in a universal and transparent manner. In line with this commitment, Jurnal JARTEL provides free and open online access to all of its research publications.

All accepted articles are made immediately and freely available for download on the journal’s website: https://jurnal.polinema.ac.id/index.php/jartel/index, without any restrictions or charges. Jurnal JARTEL has implemented an open access policy since 2020 through its previous Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform and continues this commitment on the current website following its migration in 2024.
