Author Agreement

By submitting a manuscript to Jurnal JARTEL, the author agrees to comply with the policies outlined in this statement. No additional document or formal approval is required to confirm this agreement.

Copyright

  1. Author Ownership
     The copyright of each article published in Jurnal JARTEL remains fully vested in the author(s).
  2. Creative Commons License
     All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
  3. Retention of Rights
     Authors retain all rights to their published work, including but not limited to the rights specified in this statement.
  4. First Publication
     The authors acknowledge that Jurnal JARTEL is the first publisher of the article under the CC BY 4.0 license.
  5. Author Warranty
     The author warrants that:
    • The submitted manuscript is an original work.
    • The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
    • The content does not contain any unlawful or defamatory statements.
    • The manuscript does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
    • The copyright is exclusively held by the author(s).
  6. Co-authorship
     If a manuscript is prepared by more than one author, the corresponding author submitting the manuscript warrants that he or she has obtained authorization from all co-authors to agree to this Copyright and License Statement on their behalf and undertakes to inform them of its terms. Jurnal JARTEL shall not be held liable for any disputes arising among the authors.

License
