Manuscript Type
JARTEL accepts the following types of manuscripts. All submissions must be original, written in English, prepared with the JARTEL template, and fall within the journal's Focus and Scope.

|---|---|---|
| Original Research Article | Reports new findings from experimental, design, simulation, or field research, including system design, prototyping, implementation, and performance evaluation. This is the main article type published by JARTEL. | 8–12 pages |
| Review Article | A systematic or critical review of recent developments on a specific topic within the journal's scope, synthesising at least 40 relevant references and identifying research gaps and future directions. | 8–12 pages |
| Case Study / Applied Engineering Report | Describes the design, deployment, or evaluation of a real-world telecommunication, IoT, network, or control system, with measured data and lessons learned that are useful to practitioners. | 8–12 pages |
Manuscripts longer than 12 pages may be accepted when justified by the content, at the discretion of the editor.
Manuscripts Not Accepted
- Papers that have been published, or are under review, in another journal or proceedings.
- Student reports or theses submitted without being rewritten in journal article format.
- Opinion pieces, book reviews, and news items.
