Revenue Sources

JARTEL is operated on a not-for-profit basis and is fully funded by its publisher. Its revenue sources are disclosed transparently below.

1. Institutional Funding

The main source of support is Politeknik Negeri Malang, which provides web hosting, OJS infrastructure, office facilities, and support for editorial staff and journal management activities.

2. Author Fees

JARTEL does not charge authors any submission fee, article processing charge (APC), or page charge. Details are provided on the Publication Fees page (https://jurnal.polinema.ac.id/index.php/jartel/publicationfee).

3. Other Income

The journal does not receive income from author fees, advertising, sponsorship, or subscriptions. Any grant obtained for journal development will be disclosed on this page.

Independence of Editorial Decisions

Revenue sources have no influence on editorial decisions. Because no fees are charged to authors, there is no financial relationship between authors and the journal that could affect the review process.
